This morning after our meditation we started reading a new Journeys story called Me and Uncle Romie. First we learned the vocabulary, made some predictions based on those words and then read it aloud together, stopping to discuss throughout. Afterwards, during Math, we learned how to make double bar graphs to compare sets of data. In Science, students wrote their Unit 7 tests, and for the most part, they did very well.
I have handed back the ITBS results along with a letter from the school. Our students did quite well, with the class testing at a grade 5.4 level. I am very proud of all of you! Please take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
