Monday August 15, 2016

Hi everyone,

I hope you all enjoyed a happy weekend. This morning during Reading class we learned about story vocabulary. The new vocabulary words were: plot, setting, complications, protagonist, and antagonist. In Math class we continued talking about place value and focused on different ways to write numbers, how to tell the value of a digit, and how to tell which place a digit is in. During Science class we spoke about the skills that scientists use, focusing on a new word, inference.

Have a fabulous night everyone!

Homework:
***The number of the day is 345!***

  • Please bring some tape to school for interactive notebook activities!
