Thursday January 12, 2017

Good afternoon,

After our morning meditation we talked some more about compare and contrast essays, went over and reflected on last night's assignment, and did some more practice. I was very pleased with everyone's work so the essays are to be typed up tonight and printed out for your portfolios. Congratulations! In Math, after reviewing yesterday's lesson we talked about how to work backward to solve problems. During Science we worked together to create a clouds chart with information about their appearance and the kind of weather they can predict. Next, we talked about precipitation and how each type is formed. Students worked on an activity to demonstrate their understanding of this lesson and then did lesson review work.
