We flew through our first week of grade four! This morning we set up our Math notebooks and did an engaging, hands on, place value activity. I called out numbers and students had to place the numbers into the correct column of the chart and hold up their notebooks. They really enjoyed it and I look forward to doing more interactive activities with them. After a rainy break time I let them unwind with some silent reading. During Science we reviewed what we already know and then continued learning about the differences between experiments and investigations.
Next week we will be picking up the pace. Those who have not brought in all their supplies must do so by Monday or they will be behind. Thank you for all your support so far parents! I look forward to seeing you at the Open House next Saturday from 9-11am.
