Thanks for all the laughs yesterday. Because of the Wifi problem at school yesterday, I am posting your homework today:
Here is a photo of Nathan serving as a most handsome alter boy at Thursday's Mass.
Our class library is growing! You may borrow books to bring home anytime as long as you sign them out with Miss Fisher first. If there are books you would like me to buy for the class library just let me know. I love requests! P.S. Nathan I am on the hunt for your requests this weekend. =)
When the Wifi isn`t working in the school it gives Miss Fisher extra time to decorate! Introducing our new Math bulletin board. Please come and take a look for this chapter`s objectives, order of operations tips and examples, a multiplication table, and some motivating quotes!
HOMEWORK:
SOCIAL STUDIES:
* Read the article about World War I. It is a bit difficult so read it slowly, stopping to check that you understand as you go along. You may want to read it two or even three times to understand completely. There are some big words but it is mostly a review of what we have been learning about in class this week. Be prepared to talk about the main points of the article next SS class.
*Do the foldable activity and explain in your own words the three main reasons that the United States entered the war. Check your spelling, write neatly, and include only the most important points (such as dates!)
MATH:
*There was a lot of information in yesterday`s Math lesson. Here is a great video to help you understand the order of operations. There are 3 parts: Intro to Order of operations, order of operations example, and worked example. All three parts are just under 20 minutes to watch.
Have a wonderful weekend and see you all on Monday =)
***The word of the day is LAUGH!***
